Well, first, you can practice the technique that I have describe in "CR" part 5. Practice for at least eight-twelve weeks and you will reduce or eliminate stress and relax more quickly than you would dream possible. Pur youe memories to work for you in ways which will help you in the future, even if you are not consciously aware of how they help, clients discover it is happening. This mental exercise develops a conditioned reflex to relax * fast.* Eventually, you can eliminate stress in three to five minutes. You could feel better in three minutes than you have in hours or days and sometimes even weeks or months in the past. Some have suffered for years. Some people when they first use this mental exercise say, "It sounds too simple." I agree, it is very simple, but it works, in spite of being simple, perhaps BECAUSE is it so simple. But the best results are obtained by using the tapes that I have made for my clients to use, where the complex part is done for you at subconscious levels and they do a lot more then create relaxation. In all the research I have reviewed, many discovered that simple things work best. Complex methods worked with * some * of the people. But I wanted something, which would work with a greater percentage. So I have modified the acronym "KISS" to my version which I like better "KEEP INTIGRATING SIMPLE SOLUTIONS." When the process developed in 1967 to eliminate or reduce stress and relieve pain was simplified, it began to work much more effectively. The simpler it was for the client to use, the better or faster the results and it began working for everyone. The goal was to develop a method even a Five Year old could learn and use. When they could, it worked better for everyone...... * If you practice, sooner or later it WILL work for you. * IF you can't seem to get into the habit of practicing, that can be because of past * programming * and that programming CAN be changed with persistance. If you begin, then forget, when you think about it, begin again. Each time you make a decision to do so, it begins to create a habit pattern. Just keep beginning again, and again, and again until you practice for two, three, four days in a row. If you miss again so what... begin again. Soon you will discover you are practicing longer periods 5, 6, 7, days in a row. Whenever you stop practicing for lack of time or something else seems more important, just go back and begin practicing again. Once you have completed practicing for 10-12 weeks daily, you discover you just take some time each day to improve the quality of your life. Is is SELFISH to take time you have been giving others to change your own life? Of course not, for if you do NOT take care of yourself FIRST, they you will not be able to take care of anyone effectively. You might have more stress than the average person and need the set of tapes to get the best results. But, many will never need to use tapes. Some people just don't believe they can reduce or eliminate stress. They have been so programmed in childhood, by observing others who had stress or emotional problems, they feel these feelings are impossible for them to change, so it becomes their reality... The tapes will do the job for these individuals, it is guaranteed, if they dont help, your money is refunded. NO Questions or Qualifications.... BUT, even these individuals will still find some relief by practicing, in spite of anything they have been programmed to believe in the past. Some people are afraid of asking stupid questions. There are NO stupid questions, people who did not know the ANSWERS to your questions gave you that impression as a child, because THEY did not want to appear to be stupid. If you dont have the answer, it is BEST to ask the QUESTION. In in spite what anyone may have brainwashed you into believing. The only questions which hurts us, is the one that we do not ask. You can change these feelings about asking questions by using these tapes... When my wife got "rid" of the feelings that she was "stupid" (after being programmed by a baby sitter) she took an IQ test as she then "felt smarter" and scored 57 points higher than before, a year later, she scored 187 on an IQ test..
