I started Tae Kwon Do at the age of 13. I went to 2nd degree black belt in 1984. I left Tae Kwon Do and studied HAPKIDO and Ninjitsu. In 1996 I returned to Tae Kwon Do and tested for my 3rd (Dan) Black Belt.

In 1999 I became certified as an Instructor in Chung Do Kwon, Tae Kwon Do. I now operate Middle Tennessee Tae Kwon Do.

In March of this year I collapsed with a blood sugar of 1069. As I was in the hospital I had visions of "WARRIORS ART" that I am now bringing into being.
